Waipawa Butchery hams are hand prepared in store in small batches by our team of dedicated butchers. They are sourced from PigCare™ accredited New Zealand Pork, then smoked over Manuka chips in our 71-year-old smoke house for a traditional flavour.

Pop into the Waipawa or Havelock North Butcheries to order. We require a $50 deposit for half hams, and a $100 deposit for whole hams – upon collection at one of our two locations you will pay the balance. Pick up from our Waipawa Butchery or Havelock North Butchery.

You will be charged a deposit upon ordering; half hams $50, whole hams $100 and asked to select a desired pickup date – please ensure you allow 5 days between the day you order and your selected pickup date to give us time to expertly prepare your ham.
