Our award winning Pork Chipolatas are handcrafted using premium New Zealand pork to create a deliciously juicy, flavour-packed sausage that’s perfect for any occasion. Made in-house by our experienced butchers, these bite-sized sausages are ideal for breakfasts, barbecues, family dinners, or entertaining a crowd.

Whether served alongside eggs, added to a BBQ spread, or enjoyed with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables, Pork Chipolatas are a versatile favourite that everyone will love.

Each pack contains approximately 1kg (around 18 premium butcher-made chipolatas), carefully crafted by the team at Waipawa Butchery using quality New Zealand ingredients.

How to Cook

Cook over a medium to low heat in a frying pan, oven, or on the BBQ.
Turn regularly for even browning.
Cook until browned and cooked through.
Avoid piercing the chipolatas while cooking to keep them juicy and full of flavour.
