We have also just enhanced your WBK experience. If you feel like treating yourself, you can now add one of our seasonal fruit crumbles to your order. And when it’s a special holiday like Easter or Christmas, or Thanksgiving, we’ll create a special dessert to suit the occasion.
Meet the newest member of our Waipawa Butchery team.
We are really excited to welcome Conor to our small, passionate team. With over 15 years of experience at the end of a knife, and winner of the Cuisine Magazine’s Rising Talent to Watch in 2019 and Hawke’s Bay’s Outstanding Chef of the Year in 2022, Conor is a bit of an all-rounder.
We’re already keeping him nice and busy, assisting Jan in our increasingly busy Waipawa Butchery Kitchen, helping serve our wonderful customers front-of-house and out back with the butchery crew when they need him. Make sure you say ‘hello’ and give him a warm welcome when you’re next at the butchery.

If you order via our website and live in Hawke’s Bay, you will still get the option for delivery or pick up from our Waipawa Butchery shop. If you’re elsewhere in New Zealand, we will pop your order on an overnight courier to any town or city addresses.
