It seems you couldn’t get enough of this dish, so we’re keeping it on the special board for another week. The perfect warming dish for the cooler Autumn nights that have finally arrived, these meatballs are served in Jan and Conor’s secret tomato sauce. Delish!
Farm Diaries Update
Weekend rain warmly recieved.
While many would have been cursing the wetter weekend, we were having a small celebration with 30mls of much-needed rain falling on the farm. It’s been a dry hot summer, and the newly sown grass needed a good dousing. 🌧️ With sunshine forecasted this week we’ll soon be surrounded by a sea of green.
We’ve been buying a few lambs for our winter trade, so they will have plenty of luscious pastures to graze on in the coming months. 🐑
