An authentic Massaman curry takes a few hours to cook, ensuring all the spices and aromas infuse into tender pull apart chunks of beef, so it’s not likely to feature as a mid-week meal! But this week it can, and it should!
Our deliciously tender Patangata Station farmed beef is slow cooked, melting in your mouth after every bite, with a rich and warming curry and hints of cinnamon, cumin and nutmeg. It’s warming and a beautiful way to wrap up a busy day.

We are proud of our short supply chain practices, farming the beef and lamb that is supplied to our Waipawa Butchery shop only 15kms down the road.
Not only does it mean we have greater control over the quality of our product, ensuring it is as fresh as it comes when you purchase in store or online, but the impact this practice DOESN’T have on our environment is even greater.

We make it easier to shop and pay with various options to suit you and your budget.
Buy now and pay later with your Visa or Mastercard credit card.
If you don’t want to use your credit card, you can make an online payment directly from your bank account through the account2account website in real-time.
And lastly, you can shop now and pay later. With Afterpay, your purchase will be split into 4 payments, payable every 2 weeks. Shop on our online store and choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. Easy!
How it Works
If you order via our website and live in Hawke’s Bay, you will still get the option for delivery or pick up from our Waipawa Butchery shop. If you’re elsewhere in New Zealand, we will pop your order on an overnight courier to any town or city addresses.
