Try this for an easy, tasty dinner option. Tenderise your meat and add some Rum and Que Blackout Meat Rub for a restaurant-quality blackened bark a few hours before grilling. Heat your BBQ to high and lightly oil your grill. Add your steaks and follow the 60% / 40% rule. Five minutes side one, three minutes side two for medium rare, less if you like yours more underdone. Let it rest to let the juices redistribute and serve alongside your favourite sides. We love a chilled potato salad and some grilled tomatoes to go with.
