We are incredibly proud of our apprentice butcher, Rhys, who took top place for the second time at the Lower North Island Apprentice Butcher Competition. 🏆🥇
Rhys will now face winners from other regions to potentially win the Best Apprentice Butcher title in New Zealand this August (a title he won back in 2022). We’ll be crossing everything and hoping for a win, and we can’t wait to see what he accomplishes as part of New Zealand’s apprentice butcher team, competing in the 2025 World Apprentice Competition in Paris next year. What a talent! 🇫🇷 🥩
