We believe our green pastures filled with kale, grasses, herbs and flowers where our animals are free to roam is the reason our Patangata Station Lamb is so succulent. Our all-female Suffolk-Texel ewes are also hormone and antibiotic-free. So they are being raised as nature intended. From our farm to your plate, we offer an incredible selection of restaurant-quality lamb. If you’re not sure of what cut to cook, ask one of our very knowledgeable staff, who can point you in the right direction and provide you with a recipe or two.

If you order via our website and live in Hawke’s Bay, you will still get the option for delivery or pick up from our Waipawa Butchery shop. If you’re elsewhere in New Zealand, we will pop your order on an overnight courier to any town or city addresses.
