This week is ‘Offal Week’ at Waipawa Butchery, and Jan has been busy creating three delicious specials to mark the occasion. Order the following creations:

Option One: Devilled kidneys, slightly spicy on creamy mash.

Option Two: Slow-cooked beef cheeks in a coconut curry sauce.

Option Three: Braised ox tail served with melt-in-your-mouth mash.

With so many tasty choices, you may want to order more than one option.

Our Patangata Station Pure Angus Beef Mince is a great buy for those on a bit of a budget.

So versatile – whip up a cottage pie, create your ‘secret family bolognese’ recipe, form into meatballs or burger patties, or add some veggies and your favourite seasonings for the classic kiwi mince and serve over some mashed potato.

If you order via our website and live in Hawke’s Bay, you will still get the option for delivery or pick up from our Waipawa Butchery shop. If you’re elsewhere in New Zealand, we will pop your order on an overnight courier to any town or city addresses.
