When a beef and lamb order from Waipawa Butchery arrives on your doorstep – rest assured it’s come direct from our farm to your plate, via a short supply chain.
Our stock is 100% grass-fed and finished on Patangata Station in Central Hawke’s Bay – then broken down by our team of expert butchers.
All beef and lamb is gender and breed-specific; the beef comes from pure Angus heifers (female) and the lambs are Suffolk Texel ewe (female). We use females as the meat is more juicy, succulent and tender.
Chicken and pork are sourced from the finest suppliers, who share our farming philosophy.
You can custom order Waipawa Butchery beef and lamb, PigCare accredited pork and Bostock Brothers Organic Chicken online, from the comfort of your own home.
Our delivery process is completely contactless, in line with Level 4 restrictions so it’s completely safe for everyone involved.

If your box is heading out of Hawke’s Bay it will take longer in COVID times we have been told – two to three days due to high volumes of courier boxes that are now out there. We use Fastway Couriers; our boxes are fully insulted, lined and we use two big frozen icepacks – we know they are good for up to four days.
