Lambs Fry or Lambs Liver is loaded with iron and B12 vitamins, but it’s also a good source of omega-3 fatty acids. Delicious fried with bacon and onions, with a bit of garlic and thyme thrown in for good measure, you could spice things up with some Indian flavours or try making a pâté with fresh rosemary. Just don’t overcook this cut as it will become dry and chewy. Versatile and great value.
