These beauties are a bit of a family favourite with our younger eaters with a more ‘refined, AKA ‘picky’ palette. Rules for the sausages: There are as many ways to cook a sausage as there are flavours. We suggest starting over a low heat on the barbecue or in a pan and taking a little time. Turn them regularly to ensure even cooking. Avoid piercing them as this just lets flavour and moisture escape.
