The preferred cut for slow cooking and using for pulled pork, throw all the luscious flavours at it, sweet, salty and hot. Delicious with a crisp slaw and hey why not some mac ‘n’cheese on the side.
Unfortunately due to over-loading of the rural delivery run trucks with other online orders, we have been advised by the courier company that all RD (rural deliveries) will take 4-5 days during COVID times - so sadly for now, we have had to cease all RD services for our meat packs.
