Raised on our family farm, Patangata Station, our Suff-Texel ewe lambs roam the lush green hills of Patangata, where they are naturally grass-finished. Carefully cured and crafted in small batches, our Lamb Hams are gently smoked to perfection. Weighing approximately 2.5 to 3.5 kg, each ham offers a distinctive flavour that celebrates the finest traditions of New Zealand farming and butchery.
