Our Easy Carve Lamb is a semi-boned lamb leg with the shank still on but the larger bone in the middle removed, which makes the lamb nice and easy to carve. Raised just up the road at our Patangata station farm, all of our Suffolk-Texel ewes are all 100% grass-fed, antibiotic and hormone-free, resulting in deliciously succulent, flavoursome meat.
