It’s a big week for Waipawa Butchery. Not only are we heading to the NZ Bacon and Ham Awards in Auckland on Wednesday to find out what we’ve won, but our WBK Kitchen Queen, Jan, is entering the 2024 New Zealand Bakel Supreme Pie Awards with her Lamb, fennel and Manchego cheese creation.
