Established in 2008, Glasseye Creek was born in a pub and out of a search for the perfect sauce to complement the famous wild meats of NZ’s west coast. Their Forking Mint Sauce is no exception. Is it a sauce or a salsa verde? Who cares, this sauce is packed full of flavour (olive oil, vinegars, capers, French dijon mustard, mint, herbs and spices and a touch of chilli – phew) and crafted to cut through the richness and fats of BBQ lamb and beef.
