Raised on our family farm, Patangata Station, our Suff-Texel Ewe lambs are grass-finished on lush green hills in Patangata. Carefully cured and crafted in small batches, our Lamb Hams are smoked to perfection, offering a distinctive taste that celebrates the best of New Zealand farming and butchery.
